If you are driving in or through Kanab, UT, you making the biggest mistake of your life for not stopping at the Tacos Sinaloa stand. Kindest people working there and the best shrimp burrito I’ve ever eaten. Birria tacos are unstoppable as well. Will make a point to stop through next trip out West :)
