What an incredible hidden gem in this small town. Tucked behind the Raven's Heart Gallery is the most incredible VEGAN TACO TRUCK.Several delicious options including soyrizo, an amazing bbq soy curls filling, a classic fajita and the newest addition, the Aye Papi grilled potato and bean taco served with Just in Queso dipping sauce. We are originally from Texas but now live here in Kanab. These are spot on Austin style street tacos! They are incredibly flavorful and served to perfection. They offer a 3 tacos for $10 meal deal on Sundays so my husband and I were able to try all 4 tacos on the menu by sharing. We can't decide which we loved the best because they were all absolutely scrumptious! Also, the queso is delicious! Don't walk, run to this food truck!
