I was driving through from AZ to MT with my brother and needed to stop for dinner. The Iron Horse Restaurant looked intriguing from the photos. We were excited to start our meal with a homemade root beer that was truly authentic. The wood smoke smelled amazing, so we ordered a brisket sandwich. I don't usually go out for this kind of food (I generally prefer Asian cuisines) but we were travelling with friends who were hungry for some meat after a long day of adventure! The food was very tasty, all done to a high quality. The onion rings were very crispy, the fries were excellent, and the garlic mash was delicious. We got ribs and brisket and both were great. A lovely end to our day.
