My family loved this food truck! Great tacos and chimis done perfectly! The duo working this evening were kind and helpful. I would definitely recommend this place. Bonus was that they are open on Sunday, which is not a given in Kanab.

The street tacos were 90 percent gristle and terrible tasting. The chicken enchilada had several bone fragments. Sorry we ever went there. NEVER AGAIN!!😡😡😡😡

Vegetarian options: Nearly anything can be made vegetarian or vegan, they even made the Mexican corn vegan for me!

We stopped by Tacos Sinaloa as we passed through town & it SLAPPED. 10/10 burria tacos, 10/10 burritos, and 10/10 service. Definitely will be making it a point to stop by again.

We ordered 2 taco sampler combos to go, but when we got home, there were only 3 tacos, no beans and rice. But more importantly, who puts lemons on their tacos?!

They make an effort to provide fresh options for a complete plant based entree by using jackfruit or cactus, while supporting chefs from around the world with creative license to make them. We greatly enjoyed the jackfruit tacos, beans and rice, along with corn on the cob that was bright and seasoned to perfection. It’s great they don’t stick to the same ingredients and change it up, which will definitely have us going back to try more.

There should be a zero star rating choice. Very unorganized, waited 45 minutes for 2 burritos! Never got them, requested a refund and they told me I had to wait 15 minutes, they had to call California for approval. I said, no thank you, I'll just decline the charge on my CC, because I never received product. Very disappointed!
