What a great find in a small town! We were shocked with the fabulous food, spaghetti and meatballs were amazing, my husband had the salmon and the cook was perfect. Service was friendly and attentive. If you’re in Kanab, try this restaurant, I’m sure you won’t be disappointed! 🙌

Awesome food. Great wine pairing. We were in the middle of the week, so the place was almost empty. Overall great experience.

We recently went in for lunch and WOW, the food was amazing! I would highly recommend Vermillion 45! Check to see the hours of operation.
Unfortunately, the restaurant next-door, The Thyme, was full, so we fell into this place. I was with a large party and the first thing I noticed was the place was virtually empty. If I was at home with just my own family, I would have walked out of this place immediately after seeing the menu. Overpriced and very few choices. Moreover, the waitress seemed like we were bothering her. I ordered the beef and it came in a small pot placed on the plate itself. The portion was small and there were no sides to include bread. Gratuity is included whether you thought the service was exceptional or not. If you share a meal, then you have to pay a $10 service fee. Drinks consist of an open can of soda and a cup of ice. Nothing was replaced except the water which had no ice. If this place is open in a year. I’d be surprised.

We came here expecting a nice authentic dinner and given the prices on the menu it was shocking what we were served. All the portions were very small which is fine, but they came with no sides (small salad, etc) and they weren't homemade. The caprese salad was thrown together. The Beef Bourguignon must have been the wrong cut of beef because it was very tough and flavorless. The pasta was laughable....store bought noodles and the parmesan wasn't even freshly grated (it was store bought pre-shredded). The risotto dish was decent but in no way was it worth $45 dollars. We were all trying to stay positive so as not to ruin the day, so we did not confront the waitress (who was great by the way) but I really wish we hadn't wasted our money.

Forget eating dinner anywhere else in kanab. The dishes are all superbly done and we'll worth exploring all the menu has to offer.

We couldn’t even get an employee to take our names. It was Memorial weekend and it appeared that they only had 2 people working there.
GREAT music! AMAZING lamb stew! Very happy we stopped by!! We will make time to stop by when in the area, again.

Saw menu online and made up my mind. Called to ask some questions, NO ANSWER. Business phone is a cell—Went anyways. Got there. Almost empty, but that Caprese Salad was calling my name. My husband was trying to please me🥺. So we sat. The lady that sat us was sooooo RUDE!!! We ask if she had draft beer(stupid question I later learned) but I really wanted to know if they sold alcoholic beverages. She said “Uh NOO” a hard rude NO. Mind you the restaurant was almost empty and she sat on a tiny 2 top by the scraped wall and once we saw the menu—SO LIMITED. They like 5 entree choices. We asked if those were all the options and she said yes. We said thank you and she tapped our table in a rude way like “ Oh bye then” Her demeanor was so like. “I don’t have time for you” THIS PLACE IS EMPTY on a Saturday at 6pm. Glad we left. We went across the street to WILD Thyme Cafe—GO THERE! It’s such an amazing place. The menu is superb and so Gourmet…. authentic and exquisitely made.
What a gem! Highly recommend if you are passing through Kanab on your way to the national parks. Every dish was freshly made from scratch; the pizza and linguine tasted like what I had in Italy. It was such a pleasant surprise to find such a wonderful restaurant on our road trip.
My wife and I stopped by for dinner on our way to our Airbnb. Wendy the hostess was great and took great care of us. My wife ordered the pork ribs and I ordered the special Bolognese pizza. Everything came out quickly and was great. Everything hit the spot after a long day of traveling from the Grand Canyon. Thank you so much for the great dinner.
Solid choice, the food hit the spot after a long day outside.
My kids told me to give this restaurant a 5-star review. According to them, their pasta was the best they’ve ever had.
