I called earlier today to let the staff know they made a mistake with my order. I was told they’re training food baggers and was apologetic and polite. At first I wanted to just make them aware they need to pay attention to what they’re doing. After actually attempting to eat the sandwich was cold the grease was beginning to congeal on it and whatever sandwich this is it looks like an absolute atrocity. On top of the the fries are also cold and my drink order was incorrect...read full review
Couldn't find a place to eat in town because everywhere was slammed. Wendy's was also very busy, we got through the in timely fashion and the food was great. The staff efficiency was very top notch and morale was high. Thank you Kanab Wendy's. You guys are great. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
