Most fast food places aren't updated or have current decor. Same one fountain drinks that you've used for 40 years... Arby's isn't any different. update your drink machine, update interior dining... make it look like you're proud to be Arby's!
This review is for Maria B. specifically. This is the first time I’ve been to this particular Arby’s and was treated with amazing customer service and respect. I haven’t been here in a few months because the last time I did things were pretty dirty. I had a really bad day, and really missed Arby’s so I decided to go earlier this evening. Not only were things much cleaner this time but the employee Brooke who helped me was so kind, I left with a smile. Will definitely be coming back more often now.
