Spent 25 minutes in the drive through line (there is no way to escape once in line). We ordered 2 cinnamon rolls, and after the excruciating wait, they were… fine… so all in all, slow service, less than stellar cinnamon rolls, too much money.

The food was good but they were out of half the menu. Deserts were amazing! Coffee was fine but they were out of lids, stirrers and straws. Whoever is doing the ordering needs to update the shipping schedule

I used to frequent this location almost weekly and refer clients here that would travel in state to meet. But, lately this location has been going downhill. Slow service, they are frequently out of items and the execution has been lacking. Almost every order of mine has not been what I've had at other Kneaders locations. As I'm writing this, I've been sitting in the drive thru with only two cars ahead of me for 30 min (10 min was spent waiting at the window before...
