There were three of us that walked into this place at the same time. I was the first. The person making the pizzas said they would be with me in a minute. After waiting 13 minutes without the person taking my order, I left. Two other people behind me left way before me. I really thought the person would take my order. My bad.
Waited an hour for my food to be ready when I was told it would be 20 minutes. No explanation, no nothing. Just be honest up front as to how long it's going to take rather than lying to me.

We hadn't ordered for a while, but we were lazy tonight. The order arrived fast, the pizza was hot and the family was very pleased with Pizza Hit tonight! Way better than the last time we ate here and we will order again. The $12 special is also nice!
