Good solid Indian food. Northern Indian Punjabi/Sikh I'm assuming. Unexpected for a small town. Although they didn't have goat meat, which is my personal favorite (completely understandable for the area), the lamb was quite delicious. I ordered Lamb Boti Masala, which had a creamy and luxurious gravy. Stupidly, I ordered pappadum instead of garlic naan, which should be tried as a crime. You absolutely need naan! I will next time, so I won't need the fork! I prefer...
I was amazed at the quality of food this place had to offer! Huge dining room for big parties and the service is amazing. There is a wide variety of taste from mild - extremely hot. The paneer masala was my favorite. The mango ice cream was an excellent surprise too.
The food was not cooked through, the shrimp tandoori was not tandoori or cooked. It was half raw. The chicken tikka was not cooked properly either. Most of the food was bland. The chicken and vegetable biryani was good, so was the staff.
