I had a deeply upsetting experience at River Rock Café that I feel compelled to share. When I asked the barista, Derek, for help, he responded in a confrontational and aggressive manner. Instead of offering assistance, he escalated the situation by making what felt like a provocation—asking me if I wanted to “do something,” as if challenging me to a street fight. His behavior was completely unprofessional and disrespectful.

My husband and I came all the way from Maine and our number one bucket list food place was River Rock Roasting company. The atmosphere and food was amazing! The service was exceptional! We ate there atleast once a day if not twice a day during our five day stay. We plan to come back and visit again soon and can’t wait to have River Rock Roasting company again! The herbed mushroom truffle oil pizza and ham quiche were my favorites❤️❤️
