Just had the worst meal I have ever had from Cafe Sabor and I am a frequent customer. Ordered ahead and the order took 1 hour from the time I ordered it (not 20 minutes) and they were not busy at the restaurant. Ordered Chicken Tortilla Soup--absolutely no flavor, may 4 strips of chicken and 5 chunks of avocado. Cheese Enchiladas were ordered with extra enchilada sauce. Chicken fajitas we had on Friday 4 pm were obviously reheated, not cooked fresh. Not a hot or sizzling platter. Bad, slow service on top of it. One of the worst fajita orders in over 40 years of eating them all over the country. Cafe Sabor in St George is excellent so we thought the same chain in Cedar City would be too. NOT!!!
they could treat their employees better. they only pay them 2.13 an hour
