i came to visit Utah because my mom lives here from Florida. i work at a dutch bros in Orlando, and have also came from a stand in California. the service we experienced here at the walk up window was pretty horrible. it wasn’t a friendly interaction, the girl who grabbed my order ahead didn’t double check to see if my drink had everything on it, and my mom left with her drink with no soft top. i paid extra for it, so i walked back up to the window and she checked my order...

I go to Dutch Bros all the time and I love the coffee but I went tonight to the Layton branch where I don't normally go and I ordered a custom lattee that I order a lot at the Farmington branch, but tonight there was something weird about the latte it was kind of sour and bitter when It shouldn't have. I have never had issues with Dutch Bros before, tonight was just weird.

I love this place. My coworkers got me hooked on it and I am very glad they did. Very good drinks and fun merch/stickers they give away with the drinks. I come here almost everyday.
