As a Dutch fan, I visit this location often. Usually the service is quick and friendly but today I had an unfortunate experience with a friend. We watched all the cars around us slowly one by one get helped but mine get passed by. I had my window rolled down and I made eye contact with multiple employees and still wasn’t helped until we got to the window. Once I was at the window I explained how we weren’t helped and they brushed me off with a quick “sorry” that didn’t...
The windows at the Layton Dutch Bros. location say RADIATE KINDNESS. That’s exactly what the staff at this location does. I cannot say enough about the amazing manager Kayla and a star employee named Alexis. As someone struggling I initially always went to this location, sometimes every day for several week stretches, the coffee is always perfect, but it’s the compassion these two radiate that will keep me as a lifelong customer.
