Drive thru employees were friendly. I’ve gone inside now on a couple of different occasions for an online pick up. Employee response was next to none as they ignore you until you finally talk out loud to them with our backs to you. They are really bad about ignoring in store customers. Our drive-thru is pretty slow too.

Service is SLOW. I used to get there and even with cars to the road, I could get through in about 10mins. Someone would come out and grab orders to ease the line along. Lately, I have spent over 30mins in line. Today, I waited the typical amount in line and then another 15mins between paying and getting my order (3 drinks and a pretzel bite). The wait is getting horrendously long. I would either suggest getting...
