We had an online family pack we ordered & we were charged $41.86 & when we came to pick it up, the young girls were in the back talking & never seen our order or made it. We asked for a refund & they said they could not refund us! Nor did they offer to make our food! I am very disappointed! Your company needs to make this right! You shouldn't allow online orders if the employees are not going to make the food!
completely ignored by the single employee they had working, then got charged $18 for 1 corn dog, 1 French fry, 1 cinnamon stick thing, and 1 drink. $18? seriously? then about 15 minute later the slowest employee on the planet. gave us our meal. the fries are terrible, the corn dog is terrible, and I'm afraid of the cinnamon things. the only thing this place has going for it is its lemonade. well not be back and will recommend others to stay away.
This location is the WORSE of any location I’ve ever eaten at. The staff has zero idea of what customer service is as they actually work in a direct customer service industry.
How many times I have waited at the counter for long periods of time in hopes that an employee would stick their head out from the back room to maybe address me and take my order. And whoever only staffs a single employee on a weekend in a busy mall setting should probably be relieved of those...read full review
