Cheese is terrible. Highly unlikely there is any actual cheese in their “cheese” sauce.
Used to love coming here, but the last three times I've been here, they never have anything prepared, the customer service is HORRIBLE, and you end up standing around for ten to fifteen minutes because the employees have zero understanding of time management, then get a crappy attitude when you don't give them a tip. Why would I tip someone who's customer service sucks! Won't be coming back here again.
You’ve got a line of customers at 6:50pm, March 26 and only one employee taking orders and filling them while the other three are doing the least work possible. Two girls were on their phone and when addressed they both were defensive. “I’m on the phone with my boss!”, one of them said when I suggested they have someone filling orders up front. Pretzelmaker offers fresh, gooey pretzels that may not be the best in Utah, but are still enjoyable. The service can be hit or miss, with some employees being extremely kind and others snapping at customers. However, the cheese dip is delightful, and the pretzels themselves are good enough to satisfy any craving. Despite the occasional grumpy employee, this spot is worth a visit for its tasty pretzels.
