I love going to kneaders and getting their TBA on focaccia and the drive through normally makes things pretty quick. However today was the THIRD time I went through drive through at this location and specifically asked for no onions or tomatoes on my sandwich and when I got my sandwich it still had both of the things I did not want on it. I’m not sure if they’re understaffed at this location or not but they always seem very rushed even when there is only one person inside...

This used to be one of my favorite places, but my last visits, last Sunday, they were out of ham and I asked for asiago bread, got sourdough, desserts were limited. I will return for hopefully a better visit. Hoping this was just an off day for them. It happens.

I love Kneaders! 1st time at this one. Very disappointed. Asked for extra lettuce and get CHARGED for extra lettuce.. its got less lettuce than a normal sandwich, at the Spanish Fork !!
Don't charge if you're not going to do!!
