Never had this happen before, but we ordered two medium pizzas and they were both missing a small slice. It looked like it had been cut out. I don't know if maybe they sliced the dough before they cooked it and put the toppings on and it split and as it was cooking? And also, two of the pieces on the olive pizza are different heights, suspicious that it may have actually come from different pizza? It doesn't make sense the two of those pieces would have risen higher...

Food is really good, better than a lot of chains, but nothing really unique or extra special. I really like their pepperoni magnifico, it goes really heavy on the pepperoni and has a ton of flavor.

They did not cook the wings and the pizza at the same time. Had to wait over 40 minutes for a delivery order. Could have communicated with me and let me know about the mistake. Nobody's perfect. I would have been a lot more understanding.
