I’ve been visiting this Starbucks for years and they always do a fabulous job. I ordered a delivery order this morning and someone took my order before my driver got to the store. Not only did they remake my order and get it on the road within minutes, but the sweet baristas included a free brownie and a sweet note apologizing. Came in while shopping and got 2 coffees my drinks were quick and good however the girl sierra was very kind and had amazing customer service! She was patient even when working for both services!
Chai tea was really good, Nera's customer service was excellent. (Sandwich wasn't that great, prices were high, not his fault, tho.) I'd give it a 4, but good experience saved a ⭐️.
