The food is always tasty, because it’s Popeyes. However, this is the absolute worst location I have ever been to. Consistently the staff here take orders wrong, give out the wrong food, and almost always have only spicy chicken. We have been told multiple times that chicken (their main menu item) will take 20 minutes. But we were only told this after ordering all of our food and being at the window to pay. It is 100% the management. They need to be fired.
We did a chicken challenge between Canes and Popeyes, we all were expecting Canes to win. To our surprise, Popeyes took the win ?! We only compared tenders with tenders and Popeyes had the juiciest and most delicious ones. Sorry Canes, you'll need to step up your game next time! I did order a chicken sandwich that was even more delicious than the tenders! The manager taking my order was rude and impatient. The iced tea was basically just pure sugar. And the Mac and cheese was gelatinous orange cheese, not a creamy sauce. Good luck competing with Raising Canes down the road.
