This is the best Starbucks I have gone to in a while. I am a bit of a frequent flyer when it comes to Starbucks and have been for about nine years. I have watched good Starbucks service come and go, but I can honestly say that I have never had an issue at this particular Starbucks. It is the closest Starbucks to my work and I, therefore, purchase form here more often that I would choose to admit. A a life lobby Starbucks customer I have now switched to Dutch Bros. Why? Only one sugar free option, which boggles the mind considering they sell other portions at the store. Bad business and it's always boggles my mind that sugar free vanilla is the only choice.
Edit: I contacted the store by phone. I was told they would look into the matter. A manager called me back later to confirm the till had an extra $10 and offered to compensate me. I'm unlikely to take the offer since I live a ways away from this location and was just passing through on an errand.
