By far the BEST bbq in Utah. Being from Missouri, finding a place that makes legit bbq has been difficult. After 14 yrs we had given up, and then tried the Coop, and OMG, just like home. Thank you for giving me back some bbq!!! The staff was awesome too! Thanks for opening the kitchen back up on the 4th

Y’all I just had THE best brisket I’ve ever had. Actually l, I didn’t even know I liked it. Apparently I’ve had bad brisket elsewhere, but Jeff’s brisket made my tastebuds sing!! It’s a great place to have lunch.
