While Zeppe’s has delicious Italian ice and ice cream, the service at this location has not been the best in my experience. While I know showing up 7 minutes before close isn’t the best for the workers (I worked fast food for years, I get it), it doesn’t mean you should turn away business just because you want to be off work right at closing time.

Good ice cream, we like the gelatas and the shakes. Plus the dole whip is really good. We usually go on the weekend & the girl that works Saturday nights is awesome. One time they were out of vanilla ice cream but she took the time to explain the menu & made sure we all got something else that we’d like. Last time I finally asked for her name, so big shout out to LJ at Zeppes for being so great. Even when she’s working by herself she’s professional and she hustles...
