After our second time here I realized that I had to leave a review. This place is great! Tonight we went in for our anniversary and Lulu waited on us. She was a great server, helpful and very nice - she answered all my questions and made the night super special for us. We had the chips & salsa, Chicken Mole, and the Birria de la Abuela. Outstanding food and drinks at this local gem. My husband and I split the esquites and conchinita. Both dishes were bright and flavorful with large portion sizes (we even had enough for lunch the next day). The cocktails were also very well crafted. Would definitely recommend stopping by when you're in the area

After reading most of the negative reviews for Casa Tequilana I have to wonder if they were mistaken about the restaurant.
Our family just had dinner there and everything was excellent. We ordered the salsa spicy and regular. The spicy was perfect. I eat habanero and scorpion peppers so I understand hot. The chips were excellent classic home made chips. If ya need them to be salty just use the salt shaker on the table, that’s what it’s for.
