I was visiting Utah with a co-worker who had always wanted to try Tucanos. I was right next to Braza Grill when he mentioned that so we decided to give it a try. The people were all very nice and the service was good. The big letdown was the food. The meats were almost all overcooked and dry. The quality of the beef wasn't great on the cuts that weren't overcooked. Overall, I thought it as a pretty disappointing experience for a brazilian steakhouse. Not terrible, but...
We love eating here at Braza, the food is always amazing but today their cheese with honey was spectacular! I loved how the cheese was cut a little thicker this time and it made a huge difference! Gabe and Guilherme did such a good job with the meats and I loved having Andrea as a server!
We absolutely love coming to this restaurant because of the food and the incredible service we get every time from Guilherme. He consistently goes above and beyond. He’s always friendly, and always ensures that we get our favorite meats.
