I never go to Carl's Jr, and only came here because my kids had vouchers for free kids meals. This location was the closest to my house and I figured it would be as good as any other location. What started as a super frustrating trip to try and use the vouchers turned into a surprisingly pleasant meal with my family. How customer service should be done every time. Had an issue and they gave me zero issues or problems getting it fixed. Can’t believe how well they handled my issue. Great staff working here and will definitely leave other places I go to get food just to come here.
