Must’ve come on a good night. Seemed like they were closing up because out of the 4 employees I saw only one was working orders/register so it was a bit slow. Food was overall good though so hard to complain too much (steak needs to be cut smaller but at least it was cooked well and tasted right).

I'm aware this location has taken some hits in the reviews, but as a Chipotle fan, I wanted to give it the benefit of the doubt. Obviously one's experience there is greatly impacted by who is on shift, and especially by who prepares your food, so reviews can vary widely.

I used the restroom first, and the toilet had seen better days. Moving on.

I know they were short staffed, because as others have commented, I heard them talking...

Order for 1 burrito was supposed to be ready at 12:40, it wasn't ready until 12:58 so I sat there for 18 min inside waiting, I could have gone through the line faster than that. I normally wouldn't care about the wait but this was for my daughter's lunch and by the time I got to her school she had 5 min left of lunch. I also didn't know that there isn't a drive-thru. Every other Chipotle that I've been to has a drive-thru.
