“I ordered the Vegas roll and it was cooked perfectly—seriously delicious. I also tried sake for the first time and our waiter was awesome. I told him I wanted alcohol that didn’t taste like alcohol and he suggested the green apple flavor, saying it tasted like a Jolly Rancher… and he was 100% right. Super impressed with the service and the food. 10/10, I’d absolutely go back.“

“First time visiting and had a positive experience. I loved the frozen yogurt options. There were even some sugar-free options too! The toppings area was clean, which was nice since there was some traffic. The waffle cone bowl was free since it was Wednesday! But to my utter disappointment, the cones were stale. Being in a dry region, there is no excuse for it. I had to bend my waffle bowl in half to get a piece to break off! No bueno.“

“I’m a regular at Aubergine because first and foremost, the food quality far exceeds most other restaurants, especially in the fast-casual space. They don’t use any refined sugars or inflammatory oils in their food, and you can really taste the difference in the deliciousness of the dishes and and in how you feel afterwards. From bowls, plates, smoothies, açaí bowls, and more, you really can’t go wrong with the wondrous variety of color and flavor that they have. The visible kitchen area is clean and tidy and the workers are attentive and friendly. I wish Aubergine locations were as common as McDonalds across the US.“

“I went for the first time this week because it’s Wizarding week and wanted the Harry Potter ones. I went in said I had never been there and asked if any of them had peanuts in them. I was told yes, but that they could custom that one so I could still get it which they did and the guy that was working was very cautious to make sure they were safe for me. We just loved it that much! Nothing disappointed us. The smoothies are amazing, the food is health focused without sacrificing deliciousness, and the menu is extensive.

One note: if you expect people to tip when they get their own stuff, maybe your staff should be more friendly and keep the place clean and stocked. It's terrible to be guilted into tipping when they don't provide any service.“

Instantly I knew I was gonna have bad service until Tanner showed up. Then another employee came in clocked in then just sat down with her friends. Weird.
