“Do Not order on the app if you want to change anything. Today was the 2nd time I ordered no noodles on the item and on the special instructions. Once again I open it up and there were noodles. Last time I took it back after work, I don’t have time today. I won’t be going back unless I go inside to watch them make it (so probably never). I’m really unhappy about this.“

“Menchie’s Frozen Yogurt in Orem is a great stop! They are offering lots of new flavors to choose from which made it hard to decide. I ended up trying the Jolly Rancher Watermelon flavor, and it definitely didn’t disappoint. With plenty of topping options and a clean, welcoming atmosphere, it’s a fun place to satisfy your sweet tooth.“

“It’s time to “fuggedaboutit”—and yes, I’m talking about this restaurant. Last week they delivered a pizza that was cold and burnt on the bottom. This time, I can hardly believe they even put it in a box (see picture). I’d consider eating there, but the tables are never clean and the staff comes off as indifferent. To make matters worse, they start asking everyone to sit on one side of the restaurant hours before closing—while all the tables are still dirty. The saving grace used to be the pizza—it was genuinely delicious. Now that’s gone downhill too… so yeah, I’m officially at “fuggedaboutit.” My original review: “Without a doubt, the best pizza in the city—and you can even buy it by the slice!”“

“Today my experience was really great. The employee who helped me was so kind and understanding! I wish I could remember her name! My order ended up being a little wrong, but she fixed it right away and was very friendly throughout the whole interaction.

Sometimes the service here isn’t always the best, which is why I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5, but I was really impressed today. The food was delicious too. Thank you for making my visit a positive experience!“
