“The best sushi in Utah county. I'm normally not a fan of tuna and salmon rolls but I really love the ones here. They don't have that strong fishy taste and the roll just melts in your mouth.There are a few things you should note:they only have sushi during their night hours and after 8pm there is limited space reserved for first come/first serve. Even with a reservation there is still a 30-40 minute wait. They do take a while to get your order but I guess it's worth the wait since the sushi is really good but keep that in mind if you go expecting a quick service. The staff is always friendly but it does get pretty loud since the place is always packed so don't expect a quiet atmosphere. I just wish they had sushi all day then I'd give this place 5 stars.“
“Delicious, a little overpricedI love this food! It is delicious, and relatively unique for the area. When ordering online they almost always get my order exactly right and I rarely have to wait past the listed pickup time. It's a little pricey for what you get, but I still enjoy it. I've only eaten inside the actual restaurant once and it was rather hot and loud and the seating was not particularly comfortable.But I will definitely be ordering from here again in the future!“

“My family and I came here for dinner one day and it was really chill. Placed in the heart of Provo, this place really adds to the need for more diversity restaurants.The food was good, although I do wish the portions of the lumpia were a little bigger. The rest of their meats & halo halo was really good though!My favorite thing about this place was it felt like I was in another country while eating here. The space is big, they had music playing from huge speakers that looked like they were for karaoke, and the vibe has homestyled tropical diner written all over it.“

“Overall I'm pretty happy with Happy Teriyaki, though I'm not sure it will be a new "go-to" fast casual restaurant for me. I do think it makes it on the rotation list to revisit when I'm in the area because the price was comparable to other restaurants in the area and I was satisfied with the large portion size.I went with a combo bowl of rice with orange and teriyaki chicken. I loved the teriyaki but wasn't a huge fan of the orange chicken, which was a little too close to chicken nuggets with orange sauce for me. I will say the service was great and the woman taking our order and bringing out our food was very helpful and friendly.Definitely a good spot for a casual lunch with coworker or friend, but maybe not quite date night vibes.Parking: Parking is a bit tight here and you might have to park a couple rows back.“
“I did the combo Ugly Bop & Kko Kko Bop, level 2, Make It Sloppy with a side of Mandoo. The Mandoo had ok flavor but they’re way too greasy. The combo bop was delicious, I’ll definitely be ordering again! I’m a wuss when it comes to spicy food and the level 2 was perfect for me. I’m glad I selected Make It Sloppy and next time I’ll also request extra sauce, it’s that yummy!!! I wasn’t sure about all the carbs, having rice and noodles, but it all came together beautifully.“
“This was a great first hot pot experience. The selection was fantastic. We were a little weary about the meatballs (prawn, etc.), but they ended up being my favorite part. The ice cream was a welcome treat between spicy broth batches. My only regret was that in doing the hot pot, I didn't get to try the sushi burritos or the curry entree. Guess we'll have to go back and try them! Jayden was also very kind and we felt like he was excited/ enjoyed interacting with us. We loved feeling valued like regulars on our first visit.“

“My husband and I were feeling like trying something new and we came across this place. Different than what we expected. However, it was amazing. Had great flavor which is not common here in Utah. We got to meet the owner and he even gave my big husband, a side of extra protein on the house. Great guy great customer service, location it’s good and parking is easy. Definitely a do over.“
“We have been going to Zao since it has opened and have always had good experiences each time. The food is always fresh and warm. The chips and guacamole are amazing, especially the guac!!! Restaurant is always clean. Everyone working there seems happy to help you out. We really enjoy tacos at lunch here. (Chicken tacos are my favorite. My husband always gets one of each type of meat)“
“Food was great. I would love to come back for the food but the waiters were weirdly pushy. We wanted to order a couple rolls at a time. The waiters kept trying to take our menus and give us the bill before we were done even though the restaurant wasn’t full. After the third or fourth time asking for the menus we gave in and paid. We weren’t there for very long.“
“The steamed buns were very tasty. Megan took care of everything wonderfully. We were lucky and beat the rush around 6:30 but it would be well worth the wait. Fun games are available in the common area to occupy time. The cinnamon buns were the best dessert possible. The owners need to make sure that supplies are plentiful so all buns are available for purchase at any given moment though...“
“This place is absolutely delicious! My wife and I come here regularly for the sushi which is very well priced. On occasion we'd get the fried rice and chicken dishes which were also delicious. If you're gluten free, they have gluten free soy sauce by request and a section of their menu has all their gluten free sushi rolls. 10/10“
“I usually don't write reviews but this place, Sushi 38 & Korean Cuisine is so good I feel I must give them my review! The food is out of this world! It's incredibly good! It's not just sushi! It is Korean food and it's the best I've ever had! Don't forget to try the fried chicken! It is an exotic experience for your taste buds! So good, spicy and so flavorful!! The service is good! It is a tad slow especially if someone is ahead of you but your meal is being made fresh and it is worth the extra wait! It is a nice place to eat but it is a small place. You can go in place your order then take it home to eat.“
