“This is by far the best Crumbl location I’ve been to. We came right before close the other day and the owner was working. Although they were out of a couple flavors, they took care of us by giving us a discount + free cookies to make up for the shortage. Cookies were delicious. A+ service“

“My husband saw a TikTok about your shop earlier this week and we thought it would be a great Valentine’s Say treat. We were right!! We got the 4 mini pack and a cutie… I should’ve got a bigger one of the white chocolate lemon. Is was beyond delicious!!!“

“The snowcones and flavoring were great, but I think the cream was just sweet and condescend milk which I didn’t love. Anything added to the snowcone such as ice cream, cream, coconut, etc. has an up charge on top of the already expensive ($5 for a medium) snowcone. Tropical Sno in Salem has free add ons at a lower price.

However, the snowcones themselves were wonderful. The flavoring was great, there was a lot of flavoring so it wasn’t just ice, and the ice was crushed enough to be soft like snow. I do think I’d come back here, but not something I’d frequent due to price and up charges.“

“I wish with all my heart that I could leave 5 stars. Friendly staff, convenient location, great if you like variety, AMAZING HOURS...but alas, I cannot in good conscience give 5 stars as long as their default chocolate chip cookie is ALWAYS semi-sweet (a.k.a. the physical manifestation of lost potential). Until milk chocolate becomes regularly available (either via a secret menu like in Orem or even just switching every other week), I'll continue driving down to Chip or up to the Orem store in melancholy spirits as I contemplate the fallen world in which we live. 😞“
