Food is amazing, but they don't always get it out fast, and it's almost always hot. It can get pretty pricey too especially if you have kids.
The lady helping us was so kind. Like genuinely the best worker we have ever encountered. I believe she was the manager but she made the experience 10/10. In fact we’d go again to just interact with her. She was amazing!
Today my experience was really great. The employee who helped me was so kind and understanding! I wish I could remember her name! My order ended up being a little wrong, but she fixed it right away and was very friendly throughout the whole interaction.
Sometimes the service here isn’t always the best, which is why I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5, but I was really impressed today. The food was delicious too. Thank you for making my visit a positive experience!

Noodles and Company offers top-tier service with a dynamic menu, including delicious pasta and zucchini noodles. The staff is friendly, helpful, and great to work with. The restaurant is known for its evolving menu and willingness to try new things, with recent updates like a creamier sauce for the mac-n-cheese. Pasta Fresca is back on the menu and the noodles are perfectly al dente. The bread sticks were awesome and the desserts were a great surprise, offering good value for the cost. While one staff member had a negative encounter regarding a kids meal drink, the management team was kind, apologetic, and helpful. The clean restaurant provides fast service and is well maintained.
