My advice is if your order is to go make sure you check it before you leave. I ordered a combo meal. I found out when I got home that they did not include the fries. I spoke with the manager favin, davin or gavin. Could not understand him, anyway he would not do anything to make it right. He wanted me to call headquarters. Of all the jcw locations I have been to the Lehi location is by far the most unorganized, terrible ran franchise.
Avoid that location if you can help it!
My wife and I had never been to jcw's before and figured we'd give it a try. We went to the Thanksgiving Point location. The staff were friendly and cheerful. Our order was taken well and brought to our table quickly. The location was clean and brightly lit.
That is where the good ends. My chili cheese fries were good and hot and EXTRA salty (way too much salt in fact), my wife's cheese fries were lukewarm and the fries were old. My pastrami burger wasn't bad, but it wasn't...read full review

JCW's serves some of the best burgers in town, perfectly grilled with a beautiful chargrilled flavor. The jalapeno bacon burger is a standout, and the All-American burger is noted as a favorite by many. The food is fresh and delicious, with good-sized portions, including enormous shakes. The shakes are highlighted for their delicious flavors, such as cherry cheesecake brownie. While the fries are decent, especially the chili cheese fries, they are unseasoned and require condiments for flavor. A medium fry is enough for two people to share, and a large cheese fries enough for a whole group.
Though some customers have experienced wait times in the drive-thru, overall, JCW's offers quick and friendly service, with no tip pressure and great food. The manager is recognized for being kind and accommodating, even offering to make adjustments to orders when necessary. Despite some minor issues with the drive-thru lines, JCW's remains a great spot for a satisfying meal, though it costs more than an average fast food place.
