We visited Noodles and Company today for dinner, and didn't have the best experience. When we arrived there were several people waiting on to go orders, and we were the only customers waiting to order. We had to wait at least 5 minutes before any employees acknowledged us, and finally took our order. The employee was very kind, and took all of my accommodation requests well. Once our food arrived my son's buttered noodles had pepper on them, so I had to request they...

Eat here if you love good food 10/10 always love eating here and just barely thought I should leave a review best food it's good I don't know what else to tell you this tha best food 👌🏼 still a bit pricey but where isn't for good food three cheese tortellini my go to always somthin good

Upon arrival Kay the young man that always helps me called me by my first name. We've never had a conversation outside ordering my food. He took the time to learn my name. This is such a small detail in the customer service process, yet so important in my opinion. He went above and beyond to make my experience better that night. I'll be back for more.
