Just moved here from AZ and pleasantly to find this place. The restaurant was almost full on a Saturday night at 6:30 when we arrived. We were seated right away at the remaining seats at the bar. We ordered miso soup and three rolls for the two of us. We were served drinks immediately and we had received our rolls and finished by 7 pm. Great prices! It stayed full the whole time we were there and no wonder! The servers were so attentive- even noticed we didn’t have soy sauce...

I have a gluten allergy and my server Lin was absolutely amazing!! She modified all the food so it was gluten free and brought me out gluten free soy sauce. Absolutely will be coming back! She truly was amazing!

The sashimi is top quality. I’m from NYC, so I know top quality fresh sashimi. Was delighted with Red 8’s fresh fish!!! Was sweet with no fishy aftertaste. They also serve generous portions. Also, the service was respectful and genuine.
