“We hosted our son's wedding on May 11 and Utah Custom catering served dinner and dessert with a Pizookie bar. The food was excellent and the servers were helpful and attentive. We had chicken marsala with rice pilaf and the made from scratch tasted homemade! The hot cookie with icecream was the perfect finish.
Thanks to all the staff who served and Hyrum who customized the menu to fit our requests.

“We loved having 53 catering as part of our wedding team. From the start at the tasting we could tell they knew what they were doing. Megan was very responsive and helped answer all our questions throughout the process. They offered a variety of packages which allows the flexibility to keep within budget needs. Their food was amazing and they worked with us to ensure all of our needs were met. We had 53 catering cater the apps, the plated dinner as well as the dessert buffet. During the wedding their staff was also very professional, ensured all the guests got their correct entree, and asked if there was anything else they could grab. We loved they offered passed apps during our cocktail hour to allow our guests to mingle while the room was flipped for the reception. After dinner their team ensured everything was clean and put away which allowed us to be compliant with the venue's policy. “We attended a catered event last night for a senior awards ceremony. I'm told that Brown Brothers did the catering. The food was incredible! The rolls had such a nice home baked flavor (even the butter was perfect). The salad greens with strawberries was so fresh and unblemished. The salad and dressing combination was perfect. The chicken marsala tasted much better than it looked (not that it looked bad, because it didn't! I just didn't expect much from it, but I was definitely wrong!) The slice of roast beef that I was given was perfect! And the mashed potatoes...I could do an entire review just on the potatoes. Everyone at our table thought they were absolutely incredible! Best mashed potatoes I've ever had. The green beans almondine was superb as well. Dessert was perfect as well. I'm not the one who catered the event obviously, so I can't comment on the business side of things. But if it's anything like the food, then it's 100%! I definitely recommend Brown Brothers.“

“Marvelous Catering provided the food for our wedding event. The whole process was flawless. Vicki and her team were very professional, the food was Devine. Our guests commented over and over how delicious the food was. I can not say enough good things about how they handled the event. “We stayed in the Rome room to celebrate our 6th anniversary last night, and oh my goodness!! I didn't know I could fall in love with a space. I was surprised at the location, as I never imagined there was such a cute place tucked into American Fork. But inside, you absolutely forget you are in the middle of a city. The rooms were clean, and beautiful. The bed was the softest I have ever laid in, and it was nice and quiet. Very romantic! We loved every minute of it. The breakfast service was absolutely delicious and filling, and the guest service was super responsive and kind.
I want to come back again and again!
