“We loved having 53 catering as part of our wedding team. From the start at the tasting we could tell they knew what they were doing. Megan was very responsive and helped answer all our questions throughout the process. They offered a variety of packages which allows the flexibility to keep within budget needs. Their food was amazing and they worked with us to ensure all of our needs were met. We had 53 catering cater the apps, the plated dinner as well as the dessert buffet. During the wedding their staff was also very professional, ensured all the guests got their correct entree, and asked if there was anything else they could grab. We loved they offered passed apps during our cocktail hour to allow our guests to mingle while the room was flipped for the reception. After dinner their team ensured everything was clean and put away which allowed us to be compliant with the venue's policy. “I had heard of the Paleta Bar for about a year and finally tried it. Ohh man was I impressed. The creaminess of the "ice cream bar" was amazing and I don't know how they make it so cold that it hadn't started melting 10+minutes after we bought them. They have crazy good toppings for them. I can't wait to go back. I had the cookies and cream, 1/2 milk chocolate dipped with coco pebbles and a drizzle. It was FANTASTIC!!!“

“Checking out the Orem Farmer’s Market tonight and stumbled upon Sariri Bolivian Food. Who can say no to a spicy saltena? No one. This delicious pastry is aflow in sauce and all kinds of goodness. It leaned more sweet than spicy for me, which was fine for this hand-held snack. Very friendly gentleman working their booth too. Worth a stop!“

“The most delicious salads wraps and sandwiches for small lunches with little details that put the food over the top. Like the candied walnuts on the fresh salad with strawberries blueberries and raspberries. Or the house made signature sauce that pairs great with a turkey bacon avocado sandwich. And if you have a large event that needs catering they have a power packed menu to fit your needs from BBQ ribs and burgers at a company barbecue to roasts with potatoes and gravy and homemade breads and spreads that melt your taste buds. Honestly I'm truly impressed by the food every time I try it.“
“Hyrum and his staff at Custom Catering and Events were truly amazing. The food for our daughter's wedding was DELICIOUS- the homemade, huge rolls are the best I've ever had. But not only have they mastered the culinary arts, but they gave fabulous customer service. Hyrum was very easy to communicate with, and the night before the wedding, I texted him to see about saving some of the cake for them to take on their honeymoon as well as if they could save the top tier of the cake for them to freeze, and he responded that they would be happy to take care of that for us. They did all of that with no issues, and we loved seeing the beautifully wrapped cake for the newlyweds at the end of the evening. When the dinner was over, they had packaged the unused food for us or friends to take home and gave it to us at the end of the reception. They just went above and beyond, and made sure to communicate with us through the evening about timing of food serving due to changing timelines from our day. I highly recommend them and they helped us have a seriously delicious dinner and tasty, wonderful reception food for our only daughter's wedding.“
