Smoking Apple is by far my favorite BBQ in the area. It is a small, locally owned restaurant and you can tell that they put a lot of effort into making good food. There was a time in the past that you would expect to wait 20-30 min to get your food but they seem to have made some changes and wait time is now only 5-10 min. A Lindon BBQ must-visit. Expect smoky brisket, tender chicken, mac ’n’ cheese, and unforgettable cornbread (a personal favorite). Authentic flavor, warm service, and an inviting vibe—eating here feels like a Southern BBQ dream.
I love this place. It’s cute and cozy. The food is phenomenal with a wild variety of selections on how you would like to consume your bbq. Highly recommend. We live closer to another “popular” bbq place and prefer to come here.
