The Boise location is subpar. Staff is friendly. The food is bland and some items are not edible. People rave about the fried chicken but we’ve never had that experience. Hardly any batter/crunch. You get better chicken at Albertsons! It’s like the cooks don’t put in a lot of effort to make sure patrons walk away feeling full and satisfied. 2/5 stars.
we have been loyal costumer's for almost 17 years and never ever had a bad experience until yesterday, went to celebrate my niece birthday and my sister pay for all of us and my husband and I got there later , since they were alter there at the table when we got there we notify the lady at the cashier that my sister had pay already.

I don't know which one of you corporate stooges decided to mess with the tartar sauce recipe, but put it back! Honestly, who wants onions in their tartar sauce? It completely ruined fish Friday for me.
Also, please put lumps in the "mashed" potatoes. "Mashed" potatoes have lumps. These potatoes seem like they went through a blender.
Other than that. Good Job!
