Me and my family have gone to Fredrico’s for years, it’s a fun older dining experience that is pleasant. They have really good quality food and it’s sort of cozy style dining.
I've been coming here since the 90's, love it, but it seems to have digressed in food quality. Actually, the pizza was on par. It was the salad that was lacking. The whole bowl was just lettuce, nothing else. They added two sliced beets and that was it. I was shocked. Their salads use to be full of extra fixings. Now it's lettuce. The place hasn't changed much, it is still dark inside and the jukebox was rocking.

True story. My grandkids wanted to eat somewhere that my hubby and I ate at when we were dating in the 60's! Yep!!! Federico's was the cool and only pizza shop in northern Utah! 60+ years of pizza and still going strong!!!
