I bought my order online twice and they couldn't find it. But today I asked for the customer service number and it was wrong. My pizza was cold and I spoke to the manager and I spoke calmly but there was another customer and he started telling me things and I was paying for a service that was a pizza with a cheese crust, mushrooms and ham that is not cheap and the least I expect is to eat my pizza hot. I love coming to Little Caesars. The food is reasonably priced and I love going through the drive through. I came through on New Year's Eve and the staff was very polite and quick with my order. I used to work in the food industry, and I worked a lot of holidays. I know how hard it can be to paint a smile on your face when you'd rather be somewhere else. But thanks for maintaining great customer service through the holiday!
Pizza was good but what did they do to the bread sticks? They are mashed together in a big clump of dough. You can't even separate the sticks. I just read another complaint about this as well in the comments below.
