Back when it was Old Chicago, Alice (my service dog) and I used to go there often and it was always awesome. Today was the first time we visited since it changed monikers. Seemed the same. The food was excellent, my waitress was outstanding (but hard to find). They first tried to seat us at a table with chairs (Alice can't do chairs). Just finished performing for an event at Ruby's. Manager named Liz was a joy killer at every turn. If you see her, run!
