Black beans, corn, cilantro, red cabbage, scallions, julienne carrots, tortilla strips, roma tomatoes, mozzarella cheese, house made ranch. Served with a pita wedge and a drizzle of BBQ sauce.
Jamaican Jerk Caesar
Jerk seasoning, garlic herb croutons, roma tomatoes, shredded parmesan cheese. Served with housemade caesar dressing and a pita wedge.
Sweet Pork
Rumbi sweet pork, rumbi rice, black beans, corn, scallions, carrot cabbage mix, tomatoes, red onion, cilantro, tortilla strips. Served with housemade ranch or jalapeno ranch and a lime wedge.

This has quickly become one of my favorite places to eat, and definitely my favorite fast food place to eat here in the valley. I always get a bowl with mango shredded chicken, island Mac, and Rumbi rice. It is DELICIOUS. My husband loves the kahuna burger, but I can't bring myself to not get my bowl to try anything new lol. Really great place, I highly recommend.

The burgers are juicy and tons of flavor. I think we've had the sweet potato fries of every place in Logan and these are our favorite. We like all of the salads but the BBQ and the Aloha are our favorites. Especially getting an extra side of the (I think it's called) mango dressing.

Rumbi used to be one of my favorites, but every year they get more stingy. Prices go up, portions shrink, and there's more rules about what they can and can't do. Don't get me wrong, the food is still great, but nobody should have to pay over $20 for a carry out meal for one, no drink included. They even tried to make me pay for water cups for carry out.
