If you want freshly made whole grain breads w no additives & yummy goodies like muffins, cinnamon raisin and pumpkin bread, raspberry sweet rolls and cookies.. This is your place!The bread you'll get here is so good, i promise.. you'll be back for more like me..??I haven't eaten at the deli yet.. but I've heard the soups & sandwiches are fantastic. I've just discovered that their prices for soup are by far the lowest in the valley and their prices for brownies, cookies, and sweet rolls are also on the lower end. Which is great since they are all delicious!

The pumpkin chocolate chip bars are fantastic! As far as a meal goes,I usually order a tuna sandwich on sunflower bread with sprouts and whatever other toppings sound good that day.Pretty affordable food, and great if you want something more fresh without anything greasy!
