I come here for the pretzel bites and the Dr. Whip (both are great). However, every time I visit, I leave thinking about how unkind the window workers are. I’ve been enough times to notice a consistent pattern of ornery and mean-girl vibes of employees. I would honestly go much more often if the staff were friendlier and provided better customer service.
I love whips but I’ve consistently had issues with them lately I went today about half an hour ago and I was eating my pretzel bites and it had the longest hair in them 😭 and this isn’t the first time.
We love whips! There’s a few things I wish they’d improve on. I only ever order diet drinks and they don’t print little tags for the drinks, or mark the lid of the drink so half the time I get home and check just to find out I wasn’t given a diet drink and I end up trashing it. We also love their pretzel bites but they are soooooo much better hot than cold and we get them cold probably 70% of the time lol
