“I have eaten in this one a few times over the years. And every time it is delicious. And I don't care if its burgers or chicken. Its always good. The food has always been fresh. I've been to popeyes, 1st time delish. 2x since I will never go to Popeyes again. I will travel from Salt Lake to Magna just because of this place!“

“i ordered 2 chili cheese dogs, 1 chili cheese burger, 1 double chili chs burger, 2 large chili chs bacon ranch fries and 1 soda and the clerk charged $41 for $30 worth of food. i went over the math a dozen times. either it was $10 in tax or $10 for tax & her own tip. strange“

“I asked for fry sauce on my to go order and the fry cook stated that they are for to go orders only… um ok, my order it to go but whatever. Then eating the fries they were limp and soggy, and normally for a large fries you get a bunch of fries dumped in the bottom, but the cup wasn’t full and no extra, like they needed to conserve some for some reason. It was lunch time but there were no lines and not too busy. It was just a crappy experience. Not sure if it’s the location or just an off day, but it was a bummer. Update, I was reached out by Five Guys and the have asked for another chance to improve their service. I appreciate the effort and that they personally reached out to me to address the situation. This felt like they really care and want to improve their issues when they arise. I feel like this makes a difference and its not just about taking my money for a burger and more like they want me to come back. I love the effort. When I go back I will update my review, but for now improving to 3 stars. Further update, I did another to go order and everything was right this time. No issues with fry sauce, fries were crispy and burgers were good. The cashier was new so a few things on the order were wrong but otherwise it was great.“

“Went in because I hadn't had a root beer in a long time. I wanted zero sugar, due to diabetes. I told the clerk I wanted a large. He asked if i wanted any food? I answered, no. He handed me a cup and told me to just go ahead and take it.
This treatment and connection with the customer creates loyal customers & has been largely lost.

“The KFC fried chicken tasted awesome. I recommend both their chicken and their hamburgers (had a yummy Papa Burger single last week.) They have improved their QC or just their cooking methods from years past. And the guy who took my order gave good suggestions then, and followed up later to make sure I was satisfied.“
