Poor customer service. Workers stood behind the counter chit chat with each other, ignoring customer. I had to yell out to get their attention. Also, I order extra crispy and the chicken was as dry dried as card. Probadue to the fact that there was no customers there and the fried chickens sat around for a while.
What can I say here other than blah? If you are a lot like me, you've come to expect that the A&W root beer is some of the best that has ever been made, however, their burgers and fries, leave a lot, and I mean a lot, lacking and wanting. I've had a better burger at Arctic Circle at times. Been a long time since I ate at KFC or A&W. The food tasted great and the service was SUPER fast. Restaurant was super clean and tidy. Didn't expect much but they over delivered.
