Best Arby's I've been to.
The food is great- it's delicious.
It's really expensive- it's kind of outrageous how much a basic roast beef sandwich is.
Customer service here is bad- can we please teach people how to make eye contact, smile, and not sound incredibly bored when I come to visit? Just getting tired of getting treated like this- I'm trying to give you money.

I had the most amazing experience while visiting today! I visited while working, I work with adults with disabilities, and a fellow patron offered to buy all my clients some shakes.
The staff handled the exchange with grace and surprising efficiency. Especially Patricia, who has taken the time to learn some of my clients names and typical orders. I am blown away at the hospitality and friendliness.
