Drive-thru order: Large diet root beer and Reuben sandwich for $11.45. worst Reuben I have ever had. Never grilled, just cold rye bread...the whole sandwich was cold and the corned beef had so much fat and gristle that I couldn't eat it. So basically I paid $11.45 for a large root beer. Will never go back to Arby's. Chick-fil-A is my favorite, have never had any issues with their food and their service is always impeccable and fast. Arby's is always slow and they never have the total until you pull up to the window. I was surprised when I was told $11.45... I should have just said forget it and left.

Very disappointing. First, there were no napkins in the lobby. Had to ask for a couple to clean our table. Then they messed up our order and when we asked for the correct order, we were treated like scum-as though we were cheating them when we paid for the correct order. There were no napkins with our order. Still no napkins in the lobby. Store was not clean(as we had to clean our own table). Service was slow and inaccurate. Won't be going to this restaurant again.

I ordered 2 Buffalo chicken sliders the chicken was hard and cold and barley any sauce, our fries was cold and hard, the brisket sandwich was horrible.! The bacon and buns were both ice cold.. i wish i can show a picture of how they looked they had like 2 slices of meat in both of them, i asked for a side of cheddar and she got a attitude and said I had to pay a dollar extra, no problem AND SHE STILL FORGOT IT.! ? OUR TOTAL was 43.90 the only thing that was good was the chocolate milk from the kids meal..! This was close to closing time so check your food before you go...! Oh and she said I can bring it back for a refund... I'm hungry lady I want a fresh meal...!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!UPDATE...... WHEN THEY TOLD ME I CAN BRING IN MY FOOD TO CHANGE IT I DID AND THEY SAID THEY CANT TAKE IT .. DUH JUST REPLACE MY ORDER..! THEY STILL DIDN'T.. I WILL NEVER GO TO THAT LOCATION AGAIN..! THEY LOST A FEW LOYAL CUSTOMERS

Food looked fine but me and my boyfriend got food poisoning after eating here. Was the only thing we both ate. Usually love it here but because of this we will not return. It's been a horrible experience.

This used to be a great Arby's. I love the crinkle fries except when they are more than 30 minutes old which they are at times.I received the wrong drink again through drive thru. A Dr Pepper instead of Diet Coke, being diabetic this is really not good.A large drink that I once again have throw away.
