Betos used to have breakfast burritos that hovered around $5.
They are now $12 and tax. And rising.
The burritos used to be thick and full of protein. Beautiful distribution in each bite of all ingredients.
Honestly when I was in high school. . . Betos was an art form. They made the best burritos out of the most hideous buildings in town.
Now I get a burrito today. A mixed breakfast. A classic. And it is full of potatoes. It has decent cheese but maybe 2 tablespoons of meat/eggs throughout the burrito.
I don't know if this is an all Betos thing but the last few times I have gone it has been getting worse. Less cooked foods. Sometimes the meat appears as if it were boiled instead of seared.
I really gotta say. . . I think that Betos is getting outside of its category. It's clientele are poor people looking for a filling food. They are charging $13 bucks for a burrito like some 4* dine in restaurant.
It's sucks to have to veto one of my favorite fast foods but unless they start treating their people better by increasing the value of their food. . . I think I'm done personally.

Food is wayyyy too expensive for the carne asada fries and a medium horchata is almost 21 dollars where there’s other rancheritos that sell it for about 15-18

When I tell you. I have never had better chilaquiles, you better listen. I was possessed by something, because one second I was parked the next I was full. Now imma let you go because I gotta do a wrap around and get some more.

Worst Beto’s I’ve ever been to. No soda fountain, no utensils or napkins out (if you want anything at all you have to ask for it) and the breakfast burrito was cold (cheese wasn’t melted). Also bad sauce selection.

We went to the drive through and got carne asada street tacos and a carne asada burrito. The street tacos were so dang dry and flavorless. The only flavor that was present was the over abundance of raw onion that topped the dish so much you could hardly see the meat and tacos. The worst part was the burrito that leaked so much juice all over our clothes and car. The meat was gristle and flavorless overpowered with onion. Never going to Beto's ever again. Terrible!
Beto’s Midvale should be embarrassed
This is hands-down the worst Betos I’ve ever ordered from. I bought the so-called “super nachos” and they were an absolute disaster. Dry, cold, flavorless, and straight-garbage just to throw it away. How do you mess up nachos this badly? It’s like they literally don’t care. No flavor, barely any toppings, everything tasted old and stale.
This location is a complete joke. Whoever is running the kitchen should be ashamed. Don’t waste your money here unless you enjoy paying premium prices for trash food.
