This is the best freshest,cleanest, best run burger King in the whole valley I wish the one I lived by was like this one I go out of my way to come here the staff is amazing

This location has been out of, or low in ketchup for my last 3 visits. The women working here will roll their eyes or ignore you if you ask for some. I would not order fries if I know there’s no sauce to go with them. I’m allergic to all of their other sauces and they’re just mean about customers wanting ketchup. I always feel like I’m the only person there using please and thank you and they’re still just rolling their eyes and treating me like I’m crazy for not wanting my food plain and dry.

Wish we knew what's really inside the food and maybe quit using fake oil and start using olive oil to cook all foods or even avocado oil anything besides the oil you have been using for years and start using real meat because some of us know what's really inside the meat poison you are feeding us.
Make me wait at the first window while they make my food. So that the window timer stays low. When it really too like 10 minutes to make my food. And my coke was so flat I threw it in the trash that is there right after the window.

I ordered $64.53 of food from this location about two weeks ago. A couple of days after, I was checking my bank account and noticed Burger King double charged me. I printed off my receipt, as well as my bank statement showing that they double charged me. A lady named Shelby came up from the back and immediately had attitude with me. I have never encountered such an ignorant person working in fast food. When I went in, I wasn't upset at all. I am not a confrontational person, but after she accosted me in front of several people, I had to hold back the "Karen" in me. Shelby said she couldn't help me and that I had to wait to speak to another manager. Since then, I have had communication with several different online representatives. At this point I have sent in everything I have, and I still don't have a resolution. I ordered through the Burger King app, and picked up the order in-store. So, if you order anything through the Burger King application, be cautious!!!!

I have always preferred Burger King over other fast food burgers. I was having a bit of trouble with the app and the staff here - especially the Mgr (Jennifer, I think her name was) was extraordinarily helpful. She even laughed at my sarcasm and it seemed genuine.
